Sono passati molti anni dagli anni 70 in cui lavoravo su queste macchine da stampa cilindro. Oggi stampare con gli UV è sicuramente più semplice. Stampare allora con i colori vinilici le quadricromie; era davvero un impresa. Bisognava saper calibrare i diluenti e le pressioni alla racla. In quei tempi era difficile fare le giuste tonalità dei colori perche molti clienti pretendevano certe tonalità che dovevi per forza; farli ed inventarli... non erano vernici già pronte dall'Argon. Non era semplice come oggi. Allora era tutto basato su l'intuito ed esperienza. Cmq rivedere questo filmato mi ha fatto venire in mente lontani ricordi, come il milione di battute che feci con due cilindro. Era un adesivo di forma ovale con il simbolo E con tutte le bandiere europee intorno, sicuramente qualcuno lo ricorderà ancora. Oppure quando divenne obbligo di legge applicare l'adesivo rosso per indicare i limiti max di velocità! Ricordo che non si trovava più un solo kg di colore vinilico rosso. E tantissimi altri adesivi! La Walber era una delle serigrafie più grande d'Italia allora, come produzione in quei tempi non ci batteva nessuno... avevamo anche un reparto da stampa per magliette con macchina da stampa simultanea a più colori. Stampavamo anche la serigrafia nei vetri che poi venivano trasformati a specchio per marche molto conosciute di birra. .. Fare il serigrafo è bello, se lo fai con passione! Vedi realmente ciò che fai, vedi la creatività.
